This orthopedic surgeon is calling for tort reform in W.Va. and here's another similar posting. Pa.is reporting similar problems.

While we are certainly fortunate to enjoy the health care we enjoy, the outlook is frightening. I think the general public remains quite unaware of the impending crisis in availability of competent physicians and nurses, largely due to the problem with reimbursements. Anyone with suggestions?
